The 2001 Bullitt Mustang Helps Sell Miller Beer
And the girl assists.

A special Mustang hardtop for the spring time in 1971
You could order it with the Ram Air hood and rally stripes. Looks much better than the standard coupe, in my opinion.
1968 Mustang ad
Corny but cute.
1970 Trans Am Champions- Mustang and Parnelli Jones
Race car drivers don't look like this anymore. Parnelli Jones looks like he could whip Jeff Gordon and Michael Schumacher at the same time.

Shelbys use Autolite spark plugs, of course
And kick ass on the race track.
1970 Mach 1- Quickest pony of them all
Especially with the 428 Cobra Jet engine and other go-fast goodies.

Ford didn't care about the airplane but liked the horse connection, keeping the name and creating the pony logo.
Ford Mustangs and Shelby Mustangs complemented each other in 1967
But by 1970, the Shelby's were unsuccessful in COMPETING against the Mustangs.
Farewell, Camaro and Firebird
They're gone and the Mustang is the last of the breed. Hate to see the GM competition go, especially the Trans Am WS6.
